Using Google Docs
Google Docs is an emerging collaborative Internet software application that enables more than one user to edit a document at the same time. It is free, and no special technology is required. You can access a sample Google Docs document and see for yourself how Google Docs works.

Using Skpe
Skype is a free Internet application that allows us to communicate via synchronous video conference calling. Simply download Skype for the Mac or download Skype for Windows, and create your personal account. It's free and very easy to use.
